Study Skills

The first spelling test of the school year is coming up tomorrow, and scholars reviewed study skills. A menu of practice options were provided and scholars chose one to prepare for tomorrow. Here are some examples:

1. Alphabetize the words.

2. Write the words neatly five times each. 

3. Write the words neatly and circle all of the vowels.

4. Make a set of flash cards for studying your words.

5. Write sentences using the words.

6. Scramble the words and give them to a friend to solve.

7. Solve a friend’s scrambled words.
