Writing Workshop

As students progress through the developmental stages of writing, fostering independence is key. Today more classroom routines were introduced to support children on their journey. The writing center will serve as the hub of inspiration as students use paper, editing tools, and sign up for conferences with the teacher. Mini lessons, writing time, peer editing, conferencing and revision will all play a part in creating products that show the traits of excellent writing.
